Anonymity System

Hosts will NOT be anonymous.

Judges will BE anonymous, but revealed at the very end. Judges will also have a discreet scoring, meaning that the judges of the same category will not be able to see each other's scoring.

Participants will BE anonymous; revealing at the end is up to the participants.

Revival System

50% of teams will be eliminated each round.

If an eliminated team would like to try to continue, they may submit an entry for the following round (e.g. if a team was eliminated during R1, they may submit an entry for R2) for a chance to be revived.

If the previously eliminated team scores within the top 50% of the following round AND scores higher than revival attempts from other teams, then the team will be revived and will be considered part of the competition again.

Teams may only attempt to be revived ONCE (e.g. if a team was eliminated during R1 and was NOT revived during R2, they may NOT attempt R3).

Keyword System

For each round, there is a certain keyword that is assigned to the round, and each team must incorporate it by whatever means (story interpretation, song choice, visual cues, etc.) However, other than that, teams are allowed to create their entry in whatever form they would like.

Teams are allowed to have continuing storylines in their entries, but is not required to do so.

Response Hierarchy System

All systematic procedure of this CB is set up in a hierarchy system where if if the leading person (e.g. hosts) do not respond within 12 hours, then there will be a "lower hierarchy" that will pass on the baton and continue on the role.

This is to ensure that if organizers, judges or other staffs go AWOL, then there will be a substitute that will hold the reigns instead.

General Info

Each round will be 8 weeks long, with 4 weeks in between rounds for judging. There will be 3 rounds total.
Each team must be composed of 3-12 members (3-8 vocalists and 0-4 staff members)
Participants are only allowed to join one team. Any participant found to be joining more than one team will be disqualified, and the teams will be responsible for finding a replacement should their member count go under the minimum numbers required for team composition.
Non-human team members [eg. Vocaloids, UTAUs, etc.] are not allowed
Each group must name two members as their points of contact: one team leader, and one secondary leader (in case the team leader is unreachable)

Crediting and Plagiarism

Please credit all assets that were used. Failure to properly credit assets will result in a deduction of points.
Any claims of plagiarism will be investigated by the staff. Any team found to be guilty of copying (such as tracing or heavily referencing another chorus/CB entry) can result in a deduction of points or, in extreme cases, elimination from the competition without a chance for revival.

Entries must be Full Size (minimum of 2:30).
Any language is allowed as long as English translations are available.
Must be uploaded to the Team's YT to keep uploader's anonymity
